Joe Kubert- 1926-2012

Yesterday was a horrible day for comic lovers everywhere, at DC comics and at the Kubert Art School in North Jersey, yesterday, August 12 Joe sadly passed and will be greatly missed by everyone, especially his sons, Andy and Adam.

Joe Kubert was mainly known for for creating the Comic Book Character- Sgt.Rock writing and illustrating Tor, Yossel and other great comics published by DC. He also made comics about true tales of soldiers in the Vietnamese War, Dong Xoai-1965   Mr.Kubert wrote, pencilled, inked, and lettered this comic all independently.
